NEI Group is a classic American jewelry house. Established in 1964 under the name Nanasi Enterprises, we have been prime producers of fine jewelry for over half a century. 

NEI Group is a family business that spans three generations, our commitment to quality and beauty remains the same. 

We employ American master craftsmen and our jewelry is handmade in our workshop just outside of New York City. 

Over the years we have designed and manufactured private label collections for retailers including Bloomingdales, Fortunoff, Bailey Banks and Biddle as well as Borsheims. Our collection is comprised of high end diamond, platinum, and gold designs, and our products feature only ethical diamonds.

As an all encompassing supplier to our retail partners, we are a prime diamond supplier and stock an inventory of high quality diamonds. We specialize in rounds, grade G-H, VS - SI up to 5 carats.
